Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Exchanges

Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, a damaged item, or an incorrect item being received.
